Falezze Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Red Wine

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2015 is a natural red wine produced in the Falezze land (in Mezzane, Verona, Italy) around the cellar.

Falezze winery take personally care of their vineyards in every agronomic phase and they collect the grapes in boxes only when they reach the polyphenological ripeness.
In October and November they dry they grapes (Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella) naturally without the need for dehumidifiers and in December they vinify them without the use of chemicals.
The refinement of the wine lasts about 2 years in new French 500-liter barrels. The Falezze wines are bottled using their individually checked Cork Supply DS100 closures. They also cover the corks with shellac, as a guarantee of integrity and correct humidity of the cork.
