Land in the municipality of Susegana with river stones and sand mainly clayey-silty, rich in minerals and micro elements.

CLIMATE
Treviso’s climate allows for warm, temperate summers and cold, wet winters. The growing season of the vine is characterised by warm sunny days and constant southern breezes from the Adriatic allow for optimal growth with a long duration of the bunch on the plant.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Pale straw yellow with a persistent perlage
Perfume: Fruity of golden apple and white peach
Taste: Soft and balanced

VINIFICATION
Yield per hectare: 150 quintals
Harvest period: 1-2 decade of September
Crushing: Destemming and soft pressing
Fermentation: Steel tanks for 6/8 days
Second fermentation: Long Charmat method in stainless steel tanks for 3 months
Bottle aging: A month
